Cylindrical metal bases with fancy cat o' nine tails and ivy metalwork with attached chains and hanging rim, colorless glass vases, polished pontil scars, ht. 10 3/4 inches; (minor paint loss to bases, 1/8 inch chip from each pontil scar).
