Lot: 14 "Lupton" Sealed Wine Bottle, probably England, 1840-1860. Cylindrical, medium yellow olive, applied sloping collared mouth with ring - pontil scar, ht. 11 1/8 inches. RD pg. 284 Probably made for engraver Thomas Goff Lupton (1791-1873). A great bottle with wonderful exterior surface condition, bubbles throughout and fully impressed seal.
