Lot: 176 Antique Sulphide Queen Paperweight, probably Bohemia-Silesia region of Europe, 19th century. Cylindrical with slightly concave base, silver sulphide bust on colorless ground, polished pontil scar, dia. 2 1/8 inches, ht. 1 1/2 inches; (polished with remaining surface marks and bruises). A beautiful and detailed bust of a queen. Property of The Strong, sold to benefit the museum's collections fund.
