Lot: 128 Pair Of Freeblown Fluid Lamps With Pressed Glass Bases, Boston and Sandwich Glass Works, Sandwich, Massachusetts, 1830-1840. Conical fonts with stepped square bases, two piece construction with wafers, colorless, tooled mouths with metal collars and burners - pontil scars, ht. 8 inches; (several manufacturing flakes on edge of bases). Similar in form and construction to B/K #2048 and #2054 Wonderful early forms showing the joining of pressed and blown glass. Generally fine condition.
