Lot: 82 "A. Delpit / No 16 / St Louis St / New Orleans" Snuff Bottle, America, 1845-1860. Rectangular with beveled corners, bright golden yellow, tooled flared mouth - iron pontil mark, ht. 4 1/8 inches; (two pinpoint flakes at edge of mouth, professionally cleaned with light overall haze and wear marks). Similar in form and construction to McK plate 227, #5 A beautiful bright color and highly whittled glass. Generally fine condition. Dr. Charles and Jane Aprill collection.
