Lot: 160 Early Snuff Bottle, Saratoga Mountain Glass Work, Saratoga, New York, 1850-1860. Rectangular with beveled corners, sea green with milk glass splotches, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 4 7/8 inches; (several splotches have loss of cover glass, moderate exterior high point wear). Similar wares are shown on AG plate 50 and 51 A most unusual and attractive bottle. Early and rare. Generally fine condition. Dr. Charles and Jane Aprill collection.
