Lot: 169 Pattern Molded Salt Cellar, expanded twelve diamond pattern, Midwest America, 1820-1840. Double ogee form bowl with drawn stem and applied solid circular foot, colorless, tooled rim - pontil scar, ht. 2 3/4 inches, rim dia. 2 1/4 inches; (two 1/8 inch chips from edge of mouth). Similar in form and construction to McK plate 80, #1 Wonderful glass clarity and a strong mold impression. Dr. Charles and Jane Aprill collection.
