Lot: 170 Whiskey Type Bottle, America, 1860-1880. Cylindrical, yellow, applied sloping collared mouth with ring - smooth base, ht. 11 1/4 inches; (light exterior wear, label has minor discoloration and loss). Original label reads "Steam / Distilled / Wood / Tur-pen-tine / Salem Chemical & Supply Co. / Salem, Mass." The label also depicts a witch at her caldron possibly making turpentine.
