Lot: 177 "Wells Miller & Provost." Fancy Pickle Bottle, America, 1840-1860. Cylindrical with fluted shoulders, medium blue green, tooled round collared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 11 3/8 inches; (1/4 inch flake from edge of mouth). Similar in form and construction to MW color plate VIII, top left Bold embossing with an attractive form and whittled surface. Generally fine condition.
