Lot: 201 "Larronde / Chau. Margaux / Bordeaux" Applied Seal Wine Bottle, dip mold construction, France, 1800-1820. Cylindrical, bright yellow olive, sheared mouth with applied band - smooth base with kick up, ht. 11 1/2 inches; (light exterior wear and scratches). Similar in form and construction to AG plate 149, #1 A scarce bottle in a light color with a boldly embossed seal. Generally fine condition. Dr. Charles and Jane Aprill collection.
