Lot: 214 Pattern Molded Celery Vase, 8 heavy vertical ribs, Pittsburgh district, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 1830-1850. Trumpet form vase on applied stem and solid circular foot, medium fiery clambroth, tooled flared gauffered rim - pontil scar, ht. 10 1/8 inches, greatest dia. 6 3/8 inches; (1/4 inch chip at base of one rib). Similar in form and construction to PG plate 179, #3 A wonderful pillar molded tableware item with a rare color and pleasing form. Generally fine condition.
