Bulbous flaring to rim with bell form foot, colorless with white milk glass loopings, tooled flared rim - smooth base, witch ball has rough sheared opening, ht. with witch ball 13 1/8 inches, greatest dia. of stand 4 5/8 inches, witch ball dia. 4 3/4 inches.
