Cylindrical, red amber, crudely tooled outward rolled mouth - smooth base, ht. 8 1/8 inches, base dia. 3 1/2 inches; (some minor exterior high point wear). Pictured in "Keene & Stoddard Glass" by Lane & Pappas, 1970, plate 11 #5 Great color, fine condition, this most unusual jar has an extremely rare crudely tooled mouth and neck.
